All orders are shipped the next business day.

We use Australia Post and have both Regular and Express options available.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $175.

We ship all over Australia.

Please check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address as we do not refund or
replace orders sent to the wrong address.
 
SHIPPING TIMES

Average transit times are listed below. Skuhna’s Jerky is located at 298 Keira Street Wollongong
NSW 2500. We always recommend paying the extra for express shipping if you are situated out of
our state.

These times are based on Regular shipping.

*Please note that if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it not being collected
from the post office after Australia Posts allowed period of holding time we cannot offer a refund
as we are charged for the order to be sent back to us. We can however offer to re-ship the order
back out to you if you cover the re-shipping costs.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Skuhna’s Beef Jerky does not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return you must return the unopened product to us. Generally, the most cost
effective method is to purchase a small prepaid satchel. As soon as the parcel is received your
refund will be processed. You will receive a full refund for your entire order, less anything you've
opened. We do not refund shipping costs.

Our policy term is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t
offer you a refund or exchange.

*Please note goods that are damaged can not be refunded. Please take care to pack your returned
items.

Refunds

Skuhna’s Beef Jerky will refund your order in full (less postage) if your order is spoiled and want
your money back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method
of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund please contact us at orders@skuhnasjerky.com.au.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, send us an email at orders@skuhnasjerky.com.au. You can send your item to: Skuhna’s Beef
